Two layers of rich chocolate Fudge cake that adheres to your fork, matched with a definitive chocolate frosting – paradise!

Today, we’re talking everything about Chocolate. Chocolate Fudge Cake with genuine chocolate frosting. My family just love every bite of this.

This is the cake for which you’re not exactly certain what’s better – the cake or the frosting. When you notice that frosting dissolves in-your-mouth.  I’d say this chocolate cake gives it a genuine run for its worth. It means you end up with a unique dessert.

So if you have a birthday or evening gathering or ANY sort of festivity whatsoever coming up soon, Just try to make this Chocolate Fudge Cake. Your guests will go psycho for this fudgy allurement.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup butter
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 2 teasp vanilla extract
  4. 2 cups All purpose Flour
  5. ¾ cup cocoa powder
  6. 1 teasp Baking Powder
  7. 1 teasp Baking Soda
  8. A pinch of salt
  9. Warm water
  10. 1 cup Cream

Method:

  1. Brush with Oil and line two 8-inch round cake dish with baking paper. Preheat oven to 180 C (350 F) standard/160 C (320 F).
  2. In a big blending bowl, add butter and sugar and beat with an electric blender until fluffy and velvety.
  3. In a different bowl, filter plain flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt and softly whisk.
  4. Add dry ingredients to the wet, alongside the water and delicately crease with a spatula. Then add the whipped cream and blend until the blend is totally consolidated and smooth. It will be very thick – this is fine.
  5. Bake chocolate batter for 35-40 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the middle of the cake , comes out clean.
  6. Leave the cake to cool down for about 10 minutes.
  7. Make portions of chocolate mousse and cover the center, top and sides of the chocolate cake.
  8. Decorate the cake with Chocolate toppers.
